Dr. Ro Empowering All Minds (DREAM) Leadership Grant
The grant encourages young leaders to organize community-based service projects for diverse, under-resourced schools and communities or historically marginalized groups. Through these experiences, students develop valuable skills, gain a broader perspective on societal issues, and build a network of like-minded peers dedicated to making a difference.
In addition to financial support for their philanthropic pursuits, the recipient will receive mentorship opportunities, helping them to further hone their abilities and prepare for future endeavors. Ultimately, this grant not only aids young women leaders in achieving their goals but also fosters a culture of service and inclusivity that benefits communities as a whole.
Requirements:

Demonstrates leadership through acts of service promoting diversity, equity and inclusion

High School Student (9-12th Grade) during 2025-2026 school year

Female or Transfemale

Develop budget of how funds will be used to support/expand community service project promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in school or communities

Attend 3 coaching sessions with DREAM Empowered Minds Coach

Attend The Experience for Teens:Virtual or In-person
