The Presenters’ Reception is an exclusive experience designed to create intentional access between presenters and the deeper purpose of their contribution to the event.  This gathering serves as a space for intimate connection, reflection, and alignment—where presenters are brought together not only to engage with one another, but to reconnect with their message, their voice, their vision and their impact.

Dr. Ro will lead an interactive, focused, high-impact experience designed to help leaders gain clarity, strengthen their leadership approach, and take strategic action within their schools and organizations. Includes, Multicultural Courage Circle®, a curated selection of diverse women in leadership--sharing lived experiences rooted in:  leadership practices, inclusive decision-making, personal development and organizational development through culturally responsive leadership and collaboration.

Partnership Exploration

The Partnership Exploration Workshop is a curated, interactive experience designed to create intentional space for women in leadership to connect, align, and explore potential corporate partnerships.

This workshop moves beyond traditional networking by bringing participants into structured, real-time engagement with other leaders and potential collaborators. Each interaction is designed to foster meaningful dialogue around shared vision, complementary strengths, and opportunities for collaboration.

 

Visual Branding Expo

Mega Style Influencers, Shaye Cunningham (AKA SlaybyShaye) and Angela Mashelle will offer a transformative, high-touch style, image, and personal branding session.  Guests will explore how their visual presence aligns with their professional goals, leadership identity, and overall brand. Through expert guidance and testimonials from past clients, guests will gain clarity on their signature style, refine their image, and learn how to intentionally present themselves in a way that commands confidence, credibility, and influence.
